Experiment performance in FSL Crew required for: – Installing/removing GeoFlow-2 EC in FSL – FCE configuration (lock/unlock) – Tape exchange Semi-automatic experiment operation, flight script execution commanded from ground GeoFlow-2 aims at observing flows in spherical geometries that are subjected to a central force field GeoFlow-2 27-29 Jul 2010POIWG#28 - Huntsville, AL 9
10
Ground commanding required for: – Power up/down GeoFlow-2 Experiment Container – Start Experiment Procedures (EP) execution – Uplink/downlink of files (e.g. sample images for PI, scientific data files) – Troubleshooting GeoFlow-2 operations performed by E-USOC, in coordination with MARS (FRC for FSL) GeoFlow-2 will be operated nominally in a 16h/5d scenario, extended to 24h/5d scenario for long duration runs GeoFlow-2 27-29 Jul 2010POIWG#28 - Huntsville, AL 10
