By Member Requirement for registration on UAN driven Member Portal Universal Account Number Mobile Number Present Company’s PF office (i) State and (ii) Office Provident Fund account number with Company PF Code Personal -ID 2

Visit - Click I Have Read….. Enter UAN, Mobile No. PF office State & Office and PF No. Type character shown in text box Click on Get PIN Click on I agree Enter PIN Received on Mobile and press submit Button 3

1. Enter Password (8 to 25 Characters long) – Password should contain alphanumeric and special chacter) 2. Re-enter aforesaid Password 3. Enter your personal Ids 4. Click Submit Button 4

Select all the three KYC separately i.e. Bank Account Number, Aadhaar and PAN – fill details in the boxes and upload self attested scan image of document and click on upload and save KYC documents to be uploaded in files of type jpg / gif / png / pdf Maximum file Size is upto 300 KB 8

14 Step - 1 Update Missing Personal Information
Fill all missing details and Click on Update 14

15 Step - 2 15 Update Family Details Please Ignore
Step - 2, If Employee has no Family as per Definition Fill all the details and Click on Update 15

16 Step - 3 Fill Part A (EPF) Part B (Pension Fund) will be filled Automatically If employee has family as per definition mentioned in slide 13, otherwise fill one person details in Part B Fill all the details of Nominee for PF accumulations and Click on Update 16

17 Step - 4 17 Click for right tick
Click at “Submit to Employer for Approval” for approval of Nomination details with Digital Signature Click at “Generate PDF” – Please Print Nomination Form and duly signed Nomination Form send to HR Deptt for verification and approval of Nomination form with Digital Signature. 17
