16. Verification Each entry on the NHS Candidate Activity Information form must be signed with contact information included. DO NOT wait until the last day to obtain teacher signatures. If an outside signature cannot be obtained, other acceptable forms of verification include:  A letter or  An email

17. Notification After the Faculty Council deliberates over each candidate, invitations to join Delsea’s NHS will be mailed home in early November. There will not be any in-school notification regarding the decisions of the Faculty Council.
