2. OATH I pledge myself to uphold the high purposes of the National Honor Society to which I have been selected; I will be true to the principles for which it stands; I will be loyal to my school; and will maintain and encourage high standards of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

3. Group Community Service Fiesta Event was the 1st one there are 3 group events left: (Brook) Relay for Life – CCHS groups are combining - Ashley Ridlon is our student representative. (Briana) Shelter – raise money for the collars/leash drive (Nely) Teacher Appreciation (1st WEEK of May)

4. Community Service Hours Individual: Seniors (May 1st)3 Hours minimum Juniors (May 19th)12 Hours minimum GROUP - YOU MUST PARTICIPATE IN AT LEAST ONE THIS SEMESTER

5. SENIORS! In March, you will be provided an order form to complete and submit with payment if you wish to purchase an NHS collar to wear with your graduation cap and gown. Collars are $22.50 each. You must pay with exact change or with a check.

6. Fundraiser Any Suggestions? Please email Brook Whatley with your suggestions.

7. New Board Elections ●Current board descriptions: Morgan, Briana, Wyatt, Nely & Brook ●We will take nominations (by peers or self appointed) for board positions ●Speeches and Election by ballot in March ●Results shared in April

8. New Member Applications Linam needs help with getting together paperwork for new member drive. ●If you are interested in helping with an application workshop or preparing for them, please sign up

9. DUES We (STILL) have many students who have not communicated with Linam about dues. Please take care of this soon. Linam is available Monday mornings and afternoons in room B208 (except 2/8/16).

10. Meetings are Mandatory Schedule for the rest of the year: 3/10/16, 4/21/16 & 5/19/16 red dates indicate a change from the regular 1st Thursday of the month. 8am in the RLC If you have issues coming, COMMUNICATE with Mrs. Linam (AT LEAST) 24 hours in advance using school email!
