Co-locating DWP and councils Autumn Statement said DWP would co-locate with more councils. In 2015 DWP youth employment services moved into a refurbished ground floor of Nottingham City Council’s HQ, Loxley House. This, and wider moves in the area, is set to reduce DWP running costs by £500,000 a year and creates income for the Council. Nottingham City Council
