2 BACKGROUND

3  Our world today remains to be challenged by various kinds of diseases or health concerns that ranges from the simple ailment that requires basic medications to the more complex life threatening disease.  Healthcare remains a primary concern of individuals aside from the basic needs for food, shelter and clothing.  Regardless of your healthcare needs, the fact remains the same – health is wealth and preventive healthcare is still better than cure HEALTH AS NEEDED

4  With the growing complexities in the world, people have become more active in ensuring they enjoy the fruits of a healthy lifestyle.  Growing demand for all natural, no preservative and healthy options are definitely in the uptrend.  People are more health conscious and therefore are more pro- active in securing an optimal health.  People are more educated and aware of their health options.  With the vast knowledge bank in the worldwide web, people have limitless access to health information. 5  But knowledge if not utilized properly or abused can bring damage instead of cure.  That’s why Healthway brings health care service more accessible and reliable to the market through it’s Health and Wellness Campaign.  Starting in its own clinic, Healthway –Alabang Town Center have been providing preventive healthcare programs to its clients through FREE services spread out in a year.  Healthway sees itself as a key driver in allowing people to enjoy quality of life and maintain every person in the pink of health.  To address and encourage more people to participate in healthy lifesyle campaigns, a Health and Wellness Fair, open to all Alabang Town Center mall goers was designed. 7 OUR GOAL  Create awareness on Healthway’s advocacy of preventive healthcare  Inspire participants to action in getting started on good health  Increase consciousness on the location of Healthway’s clinic at Alabang Town Center  Acquire new Healthway clients  Achieve the company’s business goal for the month of October – November 2011

8 ACTIVATION

9  WHAT: Health and Wellness Fair  WHEN: October 15, 2012 (10AM – 5PM)  WHERE: Activity Center, Alabang Town Center  TARGET PARTICIPANTS: Mall goers  SUMMARY OF ACTIVITY: Healthway’s Health and Wellness Fair was a culminating activity of all of the company’s preventive healthcare programs. The event provided array of services, freebies, and discounts from its clinic and brand partners. Consultation with health experts and health bulletins were also available during the activity. A total of 21 partners and 10 Healthway services were opened on the event proper. EVENT DETAILS

10 SERVICES  FREE SERVICES:  Foot screening  Random Blood Sugar Test/ Fasting Blood Sugar Test  Cholesterol screening  Bone screening  Eye Check-up  Colon Cancer Assessment  Dental Exam  Posture Evaluation  Facial Spa  Consultation - These free services determined if there was a need for the patient to proceed with a more in depth health procedure. - The result of the services undertaken above also provided a picture of what to watch out on the patient’s health.

11  SAMPLING:  Diabetamil – Nutritious supplement for diabetics  Quaker Oats  Vitamin C  Multi-vitamins  Dietary Drinks  Sugar-free Coffee  Make-up  Oilatum Bar – soap for sensitive skin - The sampling provided participants options on healthy supplements available for them.  LOOTBAGS:  First 100 participants to visit 20 booths in the fair got a free loot bag from Healthway and its partners. - These participants were requested to claim their gifts at Healthway clinic, this ensured awareness on the location of Healthway.

23  PR mileage of approximately Php850,000  A total of 395 registered participants and approximately 1,500 foot traffic –these participants were exposed to preventive healthcare measures provided by health experts and health bulletins during the activity.  60% of the registered participants were moved to action and went to Healthway clinic for additional services and specialty consultation.  The action of the 60% registered participants and the process in claiming Healthway’s loot bags ensured increase awareness on Healthway clinic’s location at Alabang Town Center  Healthway had an additional 237 new patients after receiving referrals from the doctors in the Health and Wellness Fair.  Achieved business goal for the month of October – November 2011.  Strengthened relationship with mall-merchant partners.
