2 St. Dominic Health Services St. Dominic Health Services, Inc. (St. Dominic Health Services or SDHS) sponsored by the Dominican Sisters, is the parent organization of a variety of health related subsidiaries. As a whole, all of the services, entities and hospital are collectively referred to as St. Dominic’s.

3 St. Dominic Health Services St. Dominic’s seeks to fulfill its mission by establishing community and performing service in the name of Jesus Christ. That means giving of time, talents, and resources to make our communities better places to live. The St. Dominic’s family of caregivers not only serves patients, but also contributes to an atmosphere of care and compassion for those outside the hospital’s walls. St. Dominic’s strives to not only provide care for the sick but also to offer education and wellness services to the community in order to improve the health status of those around us and eliminate risk factors for more serious health problems.

6 St. Dominic Hospital St. Dominic Hospital traces its history to 1946 when the Dominican Sisters of Springfield, Ill., purchased the Jackson Infirmary in the center of the city. On May 15, 1954, all hospital services were transferred to a new building where the hospital is still located to this day. 7 St. Catherine’s Village St. Catherine's Village is a free-standing, not-for-profit, all inclusive continuing care retirement community providing services to individuals over 62 years of age, of all faiths and races. St. Catherine's opened in 1988 and is nestled in 160 acres of rolling green hills and tall pine trees in Madison, MS. The village’s services include: Independent living in apartments and garden homes Assisted living Alzheimer’s assisted care Nursing care

8 St. Dominic Medical Associates St. Dominic’s network of clinicians and care providers enables the hospital to take a more direct role in ensuring access to its medical services for the communities we serve. St. Dominic's network of clinics includes MEA, family medicine and a large variety of specialty clinics.
