7 Title of presentation ARTEMIS Industry Association How to present yourself as a partner  Present what you can offer to a research consortium.  So, no financials or business turnover of a particular existing product or service.  Focus on technologies or other know‐how you have in‐house and wish to develop further, that are of use for such research.  Don’t make it difficult for a consortium to identify a specific know‐how their project may need.  Choose some technology items that can realistically be expected to go to market in between 2 to 5 years.  Other more up‐stream capabilities can be briefly listed for reference.

8 Title of presentation ARTEMIS Industry Association How to present yourself as a partner  So focus. Focus technical or market expertise onto a few key topics. By doing this, it should be possible to describe your added‐value to a consortium in only three slides or so. Something like this:  Slide 1 – Organisation name, market addressed (if applicable) some key figures and a contact name (very important)  Slide 2 – Technical prowess, organized per ASP and/or Research Domain  Slide 3 – (continued, if needed)  Slide 4 – Brief description of a project idea (if relevant).

24 Title of presentation ARTEMIS Industry Association Programme: some specifics  A poster session of two hours  Maximal time for breakout sessions.  Upfront, due to an explicit request for posters and project idea presentations:  posters were presented in the foyer  40 initial project ideas were presented in the breakouts  Meet and mix: no scheduled coffee breaks, but a central coffee point, provided more flexibility for breakout meetings.  Early access to results: day 1 results were uploaded in the same evening on the webpage (incl. 22 posters)
