Seek research opportunities here on campus or even off campus if the positions are offered. Look into internship opportunities pertaining to your desired field of interest. Ask your professors/give them your research ideas Having done research and/or an internship related to your field of interest will help you set yourself apart from the competition and get you one step closer to gaining acceptance to your schools of interest.
