Overview Service Guidelines and Standards were adopted by the Board of Directors in November 2011 The document calls for a biennial update Revised to include additional design and evaluation criteria based on best practices and recent service changes Review by internal staff, CSAC, and Access Advisory Committee capmetro.org | 2
