3. Most stories include the following elements: Setting: The time and place that the story takes place. 2. Main characters: Who are they and what role do they play? What do they look like? What are their characteristics? 3. Conflict / problem / dilemma 4. Sequence of events / plot 5. Climax: the turning point or the moment when the conflict is resolved. 6. Moral (lesson) 7. Recommendation: Would you recommend the story to a friend? If not, why not?
