Jacqueline Saburido Jacqueline was 21 when she was hit by a drunk driver. She suffered third degree burns from the accident when her vehicle ignited in flames. She has been horribly disfigured by the crash that was caused by a drunk driver. (The next slide shows before and after pictures of Jacqueline).

Driving While Intoxicated 18.2-266 – cont. While under the influence of any narcotic drug or any otherself-administered intoxicant or drug of whatever nature while under the combined influence of alcohol and any drug. Which impairs his/her ability to drive or operate any motor vehicle. Mopeds operated on the public highways are included in motor vehicles for this section.

Juvenile / Under 21 Zero Tolerance 18.2.-266.1 Juvenile / Under 21 Zero Tolerance 18.2.-266.1 It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 to operate any motor vehicle after illegally consuming alcohol. Such person with a B.A.C. of 0.02% but less that 0.08% as indicated by a chemical test shall be in violation under this section.

HISTORY OF THE 21 MINIMUM DRINKING AGE President Reagan signed into law on July 17, 1984, the Uniform Drinking Age Act mandating all states to adopt 21 as the legal drinking age within five years. By 1988, all states had set 21 as the minimum drinking age.
