STEPS TO CONVERT SUNLIGHT INTO ELECTRICITY!! Solar Power/Panels

Step 1 Solar panels are thin wafer like panels made out of silicon. The silicon absorbs and grabs the sunlight from the sun When the sunlight hits the panels, electrons move around creating energy and flow through wires in the panels which lead over to the batteries and charge controller

STEP 2 When the electrons move they create electricity and flow to the battery and charge controller. The battery is where the electricity is stored for later use. Excessive sunlight can damage the batteries because the voltage is too high. The charger controller is used to maintain the proper charging voltage on the batteries to prevent damage.

STEP 3 Last step involves the Solar Inverter The inverter is the heart of the solar power system. The inverter converts the low voltage stored in the batteries to the 120 Volts needed to power and run most appliances.
