Qualifications Developed the annual budget goals and objectives for the City of Rancho Cordova Economic Development and Redevelopment Division. Created and managed the annual budget for the Economic Development and Redevelopment Division. Completed five year economic development/redevelopment strategy for the City Rancho Cordova. Developed comprehensive advertising and marketing materials for the Economic Development Department to use for business attraction and retention efforts. Successfully applied for the Enterprise Zone Designation a key tool to assist in job growth. Created the "Development Services Team" for the City of Rancho Cordova to provide a constant source of development assistance and customer service. Established a Brownfield Program by securing $400,000 in EPA funds and initiating assessments to prepare sites for development. Managed the Sewer Credit Programs and the Economic Development infrastructure fund programs. Created a new process to prepare targeted sites for development by having the City do entitlement work up front using CIP, CDBG, Tax Increment, Grants and various other sources of funding.
