2. Project Objectives Use pencil to accurately draw an outline of the objects in the picture so that the drawing matches the picture that you selected. Use paint to add color, texture and value on top of the drawing so that painting accurately matches the picture that you selected. Use an X-acto knife to cut out the objects in the picture that are in the foreground and mid-ground, paint the edges so the cutouts blend in with the picture and glue additional layers of cardboard to the backs of the cutouts so the picture showed a relief.
