13. Ensure the operators of your emergency vehicle are carrying a valid Washington State Drivers License. This task can be easily completed by the company officer. If your department has department ID cards or SCBA accountability cards, ensure your firefighters have these cards.

14. Firefighters shall inspect their PPE. A form has been included to guide you through the inspection process. This inspection is not as thorough as the required annual inspection but should be completed quarterly to find minor issues before they become major issues.

Company enrichment is intended to develop skills for the firefighters, driver/operators, lieutenants, captains, battalion chiefs and any other person within your organization that may operate on an incident.
