On July 1, 2013, LDC’s were mandated to move Loss $ from Commodity to Delivery for Low Volume SSS Customers (Ontario Regulation 405/12 – Amendment to Ontario Regulation 275/04) Loss $ from Commodity for High Volume SSS Customers was not required to move to Delivery July 1, 2015 is the mandated deadline for Market Participants to have a similar process implemented for Low Volume Retailer Enrolled Customers Over the past 2 years the EBT Working Group has been working on a solution for Retailer Customers that would effectively allow Loss $ to be received and tracked separately on a Customers bill.
