Purchase associate/ executive Calculation for consumption rates and wastage. Orders consumption follow up. Delivery time follow up. Knowledge of different kinds of fabric defects and other quality parameters. Liaison with the fabric manufacturers and dye houses. Color continuity cards & Tests required. Ability to handle multiple accounts/customers. Understanding of costing's and different requirements for different buyers. Junior Merchandiser/ Merchandising Executive Reviewing materials used for garment manufacturing. Understanding of various production activities. Ability to work closely with other RMG departments. Time management skills to handle multiple orders. Basic computer skills.

7 FunctionLevelSkills required Production Line Supervisor/ Floor Supervisor In-depth knowledge of production process and inspection methods. Knowledge of different type of fabrics and stitching processes. Ability to guide the sewing machine operators. Man-management skills to manage the shop floor. The Supervisor should be able to motivate the workers. Operator Good machine control. Knowledge of Pattern making. Knowledge of machines faults and maintenance procedures. Knowledge of machine and fabric faults. Ability to sew complete garment.
