Composed of three modules –Raw Material through Brewhouse –Fermentation to finished beer tank –Packaging and Engineering Each area is a practical review that can be used in any size brewery A person who has the Diploma Brewer Certification will have a toolbox that will ensure success in problem solving and brewing the highest quality beers A company that employs a Diploma brewer will be assured that the brewer has the skills needed to excel in that role

Each module can be reviewed with self study or to ensure success and mastery of the subject material, the preparatory course offered by MBAA can be attended.
