2. Space 20 people are expected to fit into this room The space in the room was good There was a decent amount of space between monitors There isn’t much legs room.

3. Chairs The chairs are simple office chairs They can adjust back and forward Also up and down They move easily on five wheels.

4. PCs All the computers work and are in good condition With latest software updates in place They are all checked for electrical safety every summer PAT (portable appliance testing)

5. Keyboard & Mouse They are all wiped clean daily They are disinfected so people can use them without catching disease

6. Projector The projector is up high above the monitors And attached safely to the roof Doesn’t point in anybody's eyes

7. Wiring All the wires are tucked away so nobody gets caught up in them Trip hazard Electrocution hazard

8. Lights The lighting all have diffuser lights in place No heavy shadows are found around the room The lights don’t glare onto the screen

9. Natural Light All the windows have blinds on them And even when the blinds are closed the light is directed away from the main screen

10. Sound The sound level is normally quiet With sometimes a nice soft tune in the background

11. Temperature The temperature is controlled by an air conditioning unit It is kept at a nice cool temperature which is suitable for working in

12. Storage Everything is stored in boxes But they can get very heavy Think about Location Trip hazards Falling on people

13. Notice Boards They are positioned away from the monitors so they won’t fall on people And they are all safely attached to wall

14. Bins There are 3 bins located at the front of the room Two waste bins and one recycling bin

15. Fire extinguisher The fire extinguisher is easily accessible Can be located at the front of the room by the door

16. Doorways The doorway is large so many people could fit through in emergency It was clear from any rubbish
