24 ARTICLE 148. INSPECTION OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM The education inspection encompasses all elements and aspects of the education system, in order to ensure that laws are complied with. The inspection ensures that all those who participate in the processes of teaching and learning and in the improvement of the education system and the quality and equity of education fulfil there obligations while having their rights guaranteed.
