The Project FIR is a partner in the International Training and Assessment Course (ITAC) delivery in India. The ITAC are a Training of Trainers program designed by the Australian Government to meet global demand for skilled trainers, and on completion of the course students will be issued with an internationally recognised ITAC certificate. The initial roll out of this project will happen in partnership with the Ministry of Rural Development, PAN India.

The Job FIR has 16 positions available for Trainers on the ITAC Program 8x Lead ITAC Trainers The Lead Trainer – ITAC is responsible for the successful delivery of Training and Assessment in the ITAC delivered by FIR across India. Required to deliver the training and assessment in line with the Framework and the relevant NOS standards, and ensure that all training content is delivered successfully to the participants. The Lead Trainer – ITAC will have a minimum of 10 years training experience with a background in delivering corporate training or training of trainer programs within India being preferred. 8x Support ITAC Trainers The Support Trainer – ITAC is primarily responsible for providing support to the Lead Trainer – ITAC in the delivery of training and assessment for the ITAC program. They are required to ensure all resources are available when required according to the session plans. They assist participant understanding by delivering workshop activities, conduct training administration, delivering sessions when instructed by the Lead Trainer – ITAC and provide additional learning assistance to participants when required. The Candidate Profile To receive one of the 16 specialist positions, you must be a seasoned Trainer in the Indian education sector. You preferably have experience in Corporate Training or Training of Trainer programs. You must have a high level of attention to detail and be able to exactly follow a detailed session plan. You are an engaging presenter with experience in training delivery to adults. You must speak fluent Hindi and English, plus an additional Indian language is preferred. You are able to travel extensively throughout the one year contract, and deliver training all over India for the company.

The Process All candidates must register and attend the nominated ITAC course in January 2016, at the cost of Rs.10,000/- per candidate. Training will be delivered by our International Head of Training from FIR Australia. On successful completion of the training, you will receive an ITAC certificate, giving you an internationally recognised certificate of training competency. From this course, FIR intends to select 16 participants to offer a position with FIR Pvt Ltd to deliver the ITAC training Pan India, on a 12 month contract. You will be given additional training development opportunities, and will be part of the elite few Trainers in India with this certification, and experience with an International company. The Process Steps: 1 Apply via Naukri portal with resume 2 Go through Pre-Screening and Interview Process 3 Register and Pay for the Mandatory ITAC Course costing Rs.10,000/- per candidate 4 Attend and Successfully pass ITAC course and receive internationally recognised ITAC training certificate 5 Maximum 16 people from the course will be offered a 1 year contract with FIR, working on the ITAC program Pan India in 2016.
