Purpose This training will provide school leadership teams with time to review the status of implementation and student outcomes based on their third year of working with MiBLSi. (Phase III: Continuous Improvement). Teams will review implementation fidelity and student outcomes for Tiers I-III. They will identify areas to celebrate success with the school community for the current year, while using a problem solving process to prepare implementation improvements for the coming school year. Emphasis will also be placed on developing sustainable systems. 1

Objectives By the end of the day, teams will: Review student outcomes in reading and behavior for all levels of support (Tier I-III) and use the data for decision making. Examine student outcomes in the context of implementation fidelity. Develop a plan for strengthening schoolwide behavior and reading systems. Develop a plan for sharing celebrations and next steps with the school community Begin preparing for the 2010-2011 school year and the development of sustainable systems of support. 1
