Class Roster Manage – view classes and students within each class, edit students, print class rosters Create – create new classes and/or learning groups and add students Student Profile – update student information

Creating a New Class (Group) Click the Class Roster icon. Click the Create tab. Type the Class Name and select the grade level. Click the Next button. Click on the students names from the left side of the screen. Click the green arrow in the center to move students into your class. Click the Save button. Students may be in more than one class or group

Activities Manage – open, view, edit, organize, share Create – create new activities Assign – assign existing activities to students

Assigning an Activity Click the Activities icon. Select the Assign tab. Activities are listed on the left of the screen. Click on the plus sign to see the list of activities. Click on the name of the Activity you wish to assign. Your classes are on the right of the screen. Click the plus sign next to your classes and click the checkbox to select the class. Click the Next button to continue. Select the Start Date and Due Date. Click the Assign button.

Assigning a Test Click the Tests icon. Select the Assign tab. Tests are listed on the left of the screen. Click on the plus sign to see the list of tests. Click on the name of the Test you wish to assign. Your classes are on the right of the screen. Click the plus sign next to your classes and click the checkbox to select the class. Click the Next button to continue. Select the Start Date and Due Date. Click the Assign button.

Generate a Report Click the Reports Icon. Select the Class or Student tab. Select the class or student for which you want to generate a report from a drop-down list. Select Report Type, Activity or Test. Select Report for. Select the Between dates of activity or test. Click the Generate Report button to generate the report in PDF format. Click the Export button to export the report to CSV format, may be opened in Excel.
