All Rights Reserved.4 Six months after the contract During Commissioning After the Gulf War Entire destruction 4-1 ． MHI’s Activities in Iraq: Hartha Power Plant Power Output Steam Turbine 4 x 200MW Total 800 MW Configuration 4 x Boiler & Steam Turbine Commercial Operation 1982 Hartha Power Plant was the first MHI EPC Project in Iraq. However, during Gulf War, the power plant was severely damaged by bombing strike.
