Goals for CISP Purpose of the CISP - to prepare and support faculty in medical colleges in planning implementing evaluating new curriculum thro’ multi-tiered approach Focus of first year of the CISP – on four identified curricular strategies Foundation Course Early Clinical Exposure Integrated teaching Skills training

Objectives: Regional Training Centre Team Understand curriculum reforms - aims, structure, content, processes and flexibilities Acquire knowledge and skills for : implementation of the new curriculum (educational experiences, teaching learning methods, and assessment methods) curriculum evaluation conducting training workshop for MEU team from allocate medical colleges mentoring and supporting MEU team from medical colleges under them to implement new curriculum at their colleges

MEU Team Understand new curriculum - in terms of its aims, structure, content, processes and flexibilities Acquire Knowledge and skills for : implementation of new curriculum (educational experiences, teaching learning methods, and assessment methods) curriculum evaluation conducting training workshop for faculty from their college mentoring and supporting faculty from their college to implement new curriculum at their colleges
