2. For the past year we’ve been hearing the Big Bible Story from beginning to end— from creation to the return of Jesus. But today we’ll be learning that the story isn’t quite finished yet. God’s story of love and redemption still goes on today and He’s so bonkers-in- love with us that He wants us to be a part of it.

4. Before we talk about being a part of God’s story, though, I think we should see how much of the Big Bible Story you all remember. And here’s the best part—we’re going to test your memory by playing our off-the- wall, super crazy game called “That’s Bonkers!” Here’s how it’s going to work…

5. I’ll select one kid from the first small group to hit the Bonkers Button. When the button is hit, the spinner will reveal an acting style. Once the spinner stops, I’ll ask you a multiple choice question. After discussing with one another, your team will have to give your answer using the chosen style.

6. Each correct answer is worth 1000 points! But… If the spinner stops on the “Bonkers” space, you all have to perform your group’s “Bonkers Action”. The spinning team must then sit down and will receive no points for that turn. Any questions? Are you ready to play!?

26. When we become followers of Jesus, God calls us His own children. And when you’re a child of God, (point up) God’s story becomes a part of (point to kids) your story. When we tell other people about our lives, we can’t help but share with them how Jesus has changed us. Close in prayer.
