Ways to Jumpstart Social Media Figure out if anyone on your staff has the skills needed to manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns. If you already have a social media presence, build off of that. Create a social media policy that will keep your followers safe i.e. rules for posting such as when posts should be removed, when followers should be blocked, etc. 14
