3 ©2015 IBM Corporation aaS Steps - Provide  Provide to Client the To Be Gathered slide deck –Discuss with Customer that not all data is necessary for this Offering, Only that which is on slide two of this deck for after installing the content. –Discuss that Project Configure can advise them on the other data noted in the To Be Gathered deck based on the Processes they are planning to enable in Development.  Provide to Client the Base data and PCP installation document –This enables them to define what the values will be for the items to be created from slide two of this deck before the content is installed.  Provide to Client the downloaded documents from each content pack ! –This enables them to start understanding how the content is leveraged to deliver the use of IBM Control Desk. –Downloaded documents are found on ISM Library, links to each package is on the reference slide of this deck for easy use. 3

7 ©2015 IBM Corporation aaS Steps – Restart the Service  Create a Service request in SSP for the restart of the service –Logging in to SaaS Support Portal will require use of your IBM id and can be accessed at https://saasportal.sccd.ibmserviceengage.com  At this time it is necessary for DevOps to restart the ICD Service for all of the content to be visible 7

8 ©2015 IBM Corporation aaS Steps –While you Await the Restart & After  Users created in previous step can now log in. –Authentication and Access are provided by IBM Control Desk for this Development instance  Logged in users can see the content that was loaded, they can start to navigate and learn the flow of the tooling, using the content documentation.  Users can now start to create other data sets such as was noted in the To Be Gathered Slide Deck for each individual process.  Users can get familiar with the use of the content by following the use section of the downloaded documentation for the content they plan to use. 8
