Chocolate cup Day 1

Label pan Each person will need their own spot in the pan

Place pan in the freezer The pan needs to be cold so the chocolate will chill completely

Melt chocolate We are using bitter sweet chocolate This chocolate is excellent for dipping 8 rectangles are needed for 2 cups

Put it in the microwave Be careful! Don’t over cook it. Cook for 1 minutes and then take it out and stir Cook for 30 more second

Making the cup Pour chocolate into a foil cup

Still making the cup Pull the chocolate up the sides of the cup Make sure the sides are thick As the chocolate cools, it will be easier to make the sides thick

Last step for today Place the cup in the chilled pan Put the pan back in the refrigerator

Day 2 – Finishing the cup Check and make sure the sides are solid If they are not, patch and refreeze

Place the cold cup on your hand and make an x on the back of the foil

Gently pull the foil off the cup

Make a strawberry fan Pick the perfect berry

Slice the berry 3-5 times Make sure you come close to the stem but don’t cut through it

Fan and press strawberry

Almost done Scoop ice cream into cup Place berry and whipped cream on top Show me for a grade! Eat and enjoy
