3 3 Early Implementation States Annual Reports  Annual Reports  Award announcements  MOUs and grant agreements The Secretary-- (A) shall make the information contained in such reports available to the general public through publication and other appropriate methods; (B) shall disseminate State-by-State comparisons of the information; and (C) shall provide the appropriate congressional committees with copies of such reports. 7 7 Update on Negotiations  All States have successfully negotiated performance levels with DOL  Figures are in place for the first 3 program years  9 of the measures including customer satisfaction were within 5 points for the projected national averages  A consistent framework has been established for developing baselines for state and local performance  State PY 2000 numbers are on USWORKFORCE.ORG
