Propose and implement improvements to real-time operations tools Coordination of Nodal Transition State Estimator Real Time contingency analysis Voltage Stability Analysis Tool Operational transient stability analysis Black Start procurement Operations planning tools including MAI Replacement analysis Unit testing and Ancillary Service Qualification Ancillary Service Requirements Load Forecasting Wind Forecasting Development of operations planning strategy Communication with market participants regarding operation planning issues including representing ERCOT on the Reliability and Operations Subcommittee Modeling of Electric Power system for Zonal Energy Management System Development of processes and procedures for nodal market modeling supporting: EMS MMS CRR Outage Scheduling & Evaluation System Planning Supervision of Modeling personnel Development of quality assurance processes for market and TSP data. Communication with market participants regarding modeling issues; including representation on the Network Modeling Task force
