Behavioral change theory attempts to explain why behavior change. Behavior change methods were mostly persuasion and information, with increasing skills, goal setting, and rehearsal of skills used less often. Effectiveness was unrelated to use of the theory to develop interventions.

Summary/ Abstract Using the theory of Behavioral change to let the school drop outs understand better by making them realize and getting involved in activities that will help them stay away from being idle. There has been a dearth of theorizing in the area of multiple behavior change. The purpose of the current article was to examine how behavior theory might be applied to the growing research terrain of multiple behavior change.
