Diet: Adult sea turtles eat plants, making the herbivores. They also eat algae. Favorite Holiday: Cinco de Mayo. Talents: Can play the maracas. Favorite vacation spot: Cancun, Mexico. Did you Know? Unlike most other turtles and tortoises, cannot retract its head or fins, the only time they leave the water is when the female comes to Shore to lay her eggs. Diet: They eat flies, moths, grasshoppers and even crickets. Special Characteristic: When their eggs hatch, the water helps the tadpoles to make their way into their environment. Special Characteristic: Hammerheads swim in zigzag patterns for miles tracking the scent of wounded prey, much in the same way a dog tracks a wild animal.
