Developing minds for developing business What schools do  The school appoints a Senior School Champion (Deputy Head level) to ensure Young Chamber receives support within the school.  The school provides the Young Chamber infrastructure to assist Young people gain understanding of attitudes and mindsets to employment required by business.

Developing minds for developing business Young Chamber Council  An important part of Young Chamber is the creation of the Young Chamber Council.  The Council, along with both school and Chamber staff, establishes activities across the school cohort 11-19.  A timetable for the year is created and the Young Chamber Council also acts as a focus group feeding back information from both students and businesses
