6 Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Recommendations for Local Governments: Publicly site EVSE Incentivize others to install EVSE  Workplace – Level 2  Multi-unit residences – Level 2  Inter-Metro Sites – Level 3 Integrate EVSE into comprehensive plans

7 Mobilizing Tomorrow Update Federally required to update every 5 years Forecast local transportation projects out to 2050 Projects have to be in the long range plan in order to receive federal funds Fiscally constrained New to this update:  First time since The Tomorrow Plan  Performance based  Integrated planning – i.e. natural areas map, environmental justice, etc.

8 Mobilizing Tomorrow Update Approx. 600 projects submitted & under review with new criteria based on performance measures Additional policies strategies being drafted:  Environmental-related policies (Green Streets, Climate Change, Energy Efficiency)  Land use/transportation coordination  Street Design Standards  Complete Streets  Freight & Congestion Management Public Outreach #2 – Week of June 16 th Your feedback today and on-line tool available next week
