3. Class Fee $120 - to Debi Rapoza (bookkeeper) Assignments Answer all End of Chapter Assessment questions listed for Assignments. Multiple Choice is labeled with the letter. Short Answer has just the word typed in. Use complete sentences. Complete all work using Microsoft Word documents in size 12 font. Each new chapter needs to start at the top of a new page and include the student’s name, school and chapter. Use Binder Clip to attach all papers, deliver to teacher mailbox or teacher when done. Course Requirements Fitness The intent is that students are getting a good workout and are achieving or maintaining a healthy fitness level –Individual, Dual or Team sports –Exercise/Fitness classes –Any exercise that gets the heart rate into the target heart rate zone (24-28 beats for a 10 second pulse count).
