Question and Answers Where will the games be played? Games will be played in any of the 12 counties under the league. How often are games played? All teams will play 20 games in a 10 week season, 2 games per week. How will the playoffs work?: The top two teams in each division will go into a best of 5 series, played in each of the competing counties. Teams winning their division will play the 2 nd place team in the opposite division. Winners in the first round move to a championship series, with the best of 5 deciding the winning team. What wins decide placement in division? Teams with the most overall wins with be the determining factor for division placement. When there is a tie, the best division records will decide the division placement. If a tie still is present, the head to head records will be used as a deciding factor., first with win/loss, then with points +/-. If there is still no decision made, the team is placed by a coin toss. What rules will be used for this league? The league will follow the WNBA League Rules for season game play. Does the League supply practice facilities? No. The League will only supply the sanctioned games, including games and championship series. The league can supply a list of locations within the each county for rentals, and will negotiate any discounted rates for teams, if needed. When are player, coaches, owner payments made? Payments are made for all League and Championship Series at the League’s End of Season Awards Ceremony. All Star Payments are made at the All-Star Game.
