Collating Patrol Statistics The collection of your patrol statistics can be very easy as long as the Patrol Report is completed correctly. This may mean teaching your Patrollers to fill in all sections on that Patrol Report. Sample Patrol Reports are on the website under ‘Forms’

Hints 1.Train your Patrollers to complete the Patrol Reports correctly and completely. 2.Keep a ‘Paper Worksheet’ and record the figures whenever a patrol report is submitted. Do that before it is supplied to Police 3.At the end of the month (or before the 20 th of the following month) Submit them via the Website.
