11. Latest News RSCs welcome e-learning case studies RSC Eastern Update October 2013 11 Jisc RSCs now host the e-learning case studies which used to be held on the Excellence Gateway. With nearly 300 e-learning case studies available, providers can find inspiration for a new e-learning project, or discover how to use technology to improve efficiency. Latest News RSCs customer satisfaction survey RSC Eastern Update October 2013 12 Jisc conducts a regular Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) across all 12 Regional Support Centres. 98% of those who responded had made use of RSC support and communications over the previous 12 months, and 91 per cent said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the support they received. bit.ly/jiscimpact
