UNDAF, A PARTICIPATORY PROCESS: Preparation Phase Processus jointly piloted by the Government and the UN with active participation of civil society and private sector (through the setting up of Joint Steering Committee to oversee the full process) Strong involvement and commitment of all Agencies Heads (including Specialized Agencies and World Bank) Division of labour and responsibilities, work methods agreed upon among all agencies: three multi-partners workshops for strategic decisions were held
