13
main problems for Skilful refugees Inarticulate English Unprofessional CV Unprepared for Interview UK Lack of UK experience Discrimination
14
Inarticulate Communication First of all, language barrier could be considered as a number-one enemy for foreign job seekers to get rid of it. Will be revealed from their CVs or a telephone interview
15
Unprofessional CV Secondly, due to different backgrounds, cultures or knowledge, CV doesn’t come up to scratch
16
Unprepared for Interview Sometimes it happens for those who are invited for interview not to be well prepared for it. not usually aware of the tricky questions useful techniques to overcome these difficulties
17
Discrimination Discrimination is barely found among firms in the UK. Yet some reports show raise of complaints Employment capabilities of applicants sometimes are compromised in favour of other groups or races
18
Best strategy The best strategy to overcome this challenge is to be wiser. Making a good CV Practicing English / communication Being fully prepared for oncoming interviews Don’t give up Experiencing voluntary jobs To be clever enough to choose the right job instead of randomly sending CV everywhere.
