7 Who Is Our Customer?  The business community is our ultimate customer  We are trying to help them meet their talent needs  Understand their future skill needs  Ensure our region has training programs to meet current and future needs  But what about the job seekers?  They are truly the “product” we are preparing for the job market  Some are job-ready and just need polishing  Others need a complete skills overhaul
