Main Idea 1: If the arcs are congruent, then the chords are congruent. REVERSE: If the chords are congruent, then the arcs are congruent. Main Idea 3: If the radius/diameter is perpendicular to the chord, then it bisects both the chord and the arc. REVERSE: The perpendicular bisector of a chord is the radius/diameter.
