2. Go to http://starchart.epsilen.com/ Click on Login

3. New to Star Chart or Changed Names or New School Type in your username Type the word password in for the password Click Login Type the word “password” in the password box.

4. Fill in the account update, email address, subject area, grades, and a password of your choice. Click Update

5. Check your email You will be sent a verification email with the Star Chart link. Click the link to login again using your newly created password. This email might go to Junk Mail!

6. Once logged in- Click on Begin

8. Sample Question-click on the response that best describes your classroom.

9. The screen once you have answered all the questions.
