Student/Parent Portal Support emails and voice mails being addressed and resolving all issues. 2 Student Information System Board Update Attended San Rafael HS, Terra Linda, Madrone and Back To School Night. Letters with the verification code sent 9/10 to maximize student/parent access. At San Rafael High school the Advisory period has been designated to provide the student with the verification code to gain student access. Over 40 Voice mails have been addressed from the Parent portal hotline and parent portal has addressed over 130 email messages. Calls and email are greatly reduced based on letters being sent.

Meeting with Tech Jedi for teacher support scheduled for 10/7 Plan to survey staff in Mid-October asking for feedback on additional training needs and/or acceptance of new student system. K-4 Report Cards with the common core are in place and ready for Teacher/Committee review as planned for 9/24. Preparation for CalPad verification process requested Student ID’s for newly enrolled.
