1. + Aeries Parent-Student Portal Directions Le Grand Union High School District

2. + Step One: Using a web browser go to Le Grand UHSD’s web site: http://www.lghs.k12.ca.us Select the Parent-Student Portal link. This will take you to the Aeries Parent-Student Portal.

3. + Step Two: Select the “Create New Account” link.

4. + Step Three: Select Parent or Student and press Next.

5. + Step Four: Enter in your email twice, and put in a password that you will not forget (twice). This is a password that you come up with. Make sure that your email is correct or you will not receive an email from the Portal system. You will have to wait for the email to get to you, before you can complete the next step.

6. + Step Five An email will be sent to you (if your email address was correctly entered. Copy the email verification code in the email and paste it into the email code box. Or you can close down this web page and click on the link provided to you in the email (see the next step).

7. + Step Six: Once you receive your email, the email verification code is at the bottom. This is only a code that verifies your email and nothing more. Copy the email code, click on the link provided, and go to step seven.

8. + Step Seven In the space provided enter in your email, and then paste (or enter) the email verification code. Press next to continue.

9. + Step Eight: The information on this page must come from a LGHS staff or teacher. This should not be emailed to you. Enter in the correct information in the correct spaces and then press the Next button. Remember these three items will not be emailed to you. They must be provided by a LGHS staff or teacher. The verification code is not the same and the one emailed to you in the earlier steps. After you have pressed the Next button you will see a completed page. Select the Home button to see student grades or information.
