Andy Blue WP3 Meeting 2 nd Module Since Last meeting –FZ1 sensor wire bonded –Received DC-DC converters end of last week (thanks Peter) –Issue with powering Noticed m shunts had not been disabled Also shorting of hybrid power bonds to sensor bonds –Happened on previous sensor –Bonds from Hybrid bonding too high and shorting sensor bonds –Should be fixed by today

Andy Blue WP3 Meeting QA – Bonding program Hybrid bonding program –V2 completed for ABCn130 –For now it has the bond numbers in order circling the 4 sides of 1 chip –When first program written by Mike I can update to all 20 chips possibly send round to bonding sites with Glass asic trials?
