15 Terms & Conditions Sponsor’s creative artworks (eg. Banner and videos etc) must be submitted to Mediacorp at least 7 working days prior to the Launch period in jpeg or gif, size TBC. Package is subject to first come first serve basis. All prices are inclusive of agency commission. In the absence of compliant commercial materials, Mediacorp will not be held responsible for delayed or erroneous campaigns. All advertising-related materials are subject to approval by Mediacorp and/or the relevant authority where necessary.  MediaCorp reserves the right to suspend, postpone and/or cancel the programme/event at any time and will notify you in the event of any such suspension, postponement and/or cancellation. In the event of that the programme/event is suspended, postponed and/or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, MediaCorp shall not be liable to you and/or to any third party whatsoever for any damages and/or losses that may arise or be suffered in the event of any such suspension, postponement and/or cancellation. In such an event, your sole remedy shall be the refund of any monies that you have paid to and received by MediaCorp in relation to the programme/event. Specifications are subject to changes. Package pricing is subject to prevailing GST. Sponsorship contracts are non-cancelable. Todayonline will follow TODAY’s Master Contract discount structure. Packages and sponsorships are not applicable for Master Contract Discount, and is not applicable for further discounts or bonuses. Total investment is applicable for Master Contract fulfillment, except items classified as ‘other costs’. If advertisers fail to meet its Nett Commitment during the contract period, its volume discount shall be withdrawn or reduced based on actual expenditure. Volume discount is applicable to all inventory buys only. Terms and conditions apply.
