CRICOS No. 00213J a university for the world real R Transformation: the Purpose of the QUT Student e-Portfolio To enable students to record, catalogue, retrieve, reflect on and present their learning, experiences, and activities, both inside and outside university life. The portfolio becomes evidence of the course and career related skills they have developed while at QUT but is intended to serve graduates in life after university.

Effective communication in a variety of contexts and modes including: effective written and oral communication with discipline specialists and non-specialists and in cross- cultural contexts. Communication skills that contribute to productive and harmonious relations between employees and customers. Listening and Responding Involves being attentive when others are speaking, and responding effectively to others comments, during a conversation.
